Pastor Herb began his ministry at Westminster in January 1995. Previously he served twenty four years as an Air Force chaplain. He is a graduate of Western Kentucky University, Duke University Divinity School and Eden Theological Seminary. Herb and his wife Judy have five children. They reside in Cedar Rapids

Pastor Jim began his ministry at Westminster in July 2003. Jim was ordained in 1998, and is a graduate of Mankato State University and Dubuque Theological Seminary. He is currently pursuing his Doctor of Ministry degree through the University of Dubuque Theological Seminary, focusing on church leadership and transformation. Jim and his wife Kim have three children. They reside in NE Cedar Rapids.

By education and training Karen is a registered nurse, but since 1985 she has served at Westminster. Karen and her husband John have three children and six grandchildren. They reside in NE Cedar Rapids.

Carl was raised in Omaha, NE. He attended the University of Kansas and earned a degree in Business Administration. He served a church in Omaha for 5.5 years and a church in Philadelphia for 2 years. Carl enjoys pop culture, most specifically movies. Carl loves sports, specifically basketball and football. Carl and his wife Natalie live in Coralville. Natalie is a student at Iowa's medical school.

Marilynn is a native of La Crosse, Wisconsin. She and her family moved to Cedar Rapids in the 1980's. Marilynn has been at Westminster since 1990. Marilynn and her husband Mike have three sons, one daughter and four grandchildren. They reside in NW Cedar Rapids.

Christina was born and raised in Cedar Rapids. She is new to the Westminster team, starting in May of 2007. She really enjoys her work and takes pride in a job well done. She enjoys spending time with her daughter and family and listening to music.

Amanda graduated from Coe College with a BA in Music Education. She previously taught K-12 music in the Linn-Mar School District and the Hudson District near Waterloo. She currently works as an account executive at Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust and is pursuing graduate work. She lives in Marion.

Marilyn has served as Westminster Organist since 1990. She is a graduate of Coe College and recently retired as a teacher of Music at Linn-Mar Middle School.

Contemporary Music Leader
Jason Wright
Jason served as Executive Director of the Cedar Rapids Symphony from September 2003 until October 2007.  He currently serves as the Vice President for Development at the National Czech and Slovak Museum and Library.  Jason received a Bachelor of Music degree and Musc Business major from DePaul University.  His main instruments are percussion, keyboards, guitars and vocals.  Jason's wife, Leslie, works as Director of Community Impact with United Way of East Central Iowa.  Jason has two children: step-daughter Casey and son Grant.

Laurie Roth
Laurie is a native of Cedar Rapids and attended Westminster in her youth. She moved back to the area in September of 2003. She began her work at Westminster in February of 2004. Laurie has three children and two grand-children. She enjoys spending time with her family, visiting the elderly and writing poetry. For exercise she plays disc golf competitively with her brothers.

Terry is retired from the Navy and for several years ran his own business in Pensacola, Florida. He moved to Cedar Rapids several years ago and has been at Westminster since 2002. Terry and his wife Marcia have 5 grown children and 13 grandchildren. They reside in NW Cedar Rapids.
