TThe responsibilities of the Deacons as identified in the Book of Order (the Constitution of the Presbyterian Church U.S.A.) are to provide practical help and ministry to the congregation and community. At Westminster, these responsibilities include hospital visits and making sure out homebound members are not forgotten. Whether it's a plant at the holidays or just a visit, our Deacons are dedicated to caring. Deacons are typically assigned to a specific homebound member to facilitate ongoing spiritual care.
