REV. Dr. Randy Argall
Pastor
Pastor Randy began as transitional pastor in January 2026. He is a graduate of Westminster (MDiv) and Calvin (ThM) Theological Seminaries and the University of Iowa (PhD). He taught at a Presbyterian college in Jamestown, ND and then served for more than a decade as the Head of Staff at First Presbyterian Church, Green Bay, WI. After his retirement in 2019, he held interim positions in Moscow, Russia; Monticello, IA; and Waterloo, IA. Randy and his wife Ann enjoy reading, biking, kayaking and travel.
LISA FREEMAN
Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Lisa joined the staff at Westminster in January 2023. Lisa was born and raised in Cedar Rapids. She is no stranger to office management. Lisa spent seven years as office administrator for her church in Florida. She is excited to apply her skills and experience to Westminster. When she isn't spending her time with God and the church she is spending time with her family. She has three children and three grandchildren that are her pride and joy. Lisa also likes to hike, kayak, camp, travel and read Christian fiction.
Connie Adams
Bookkeeper
Connie joined the staff Westminster in February 2024. Connie has been a Cedar Rapids resident for over twenty years, she has run her own local business for sixteen years, after teaching instrumental music education for nineteen years. She enjoys spending time with her husband and her daughter, as well as their five dogs. In addition to following her daughter to marching band, color guard, and drum corps competitions, she spends a lot of time camping and participating in dog sports with her family.
