Rev. Dr. Randy Argall
Pastor
Pastor Randy began as transitional pastor in January 2026. He is a graduate of Westminster (MDiv) and Calvin (ThM) Theological Seminaries and the University of Iowa (PhD). He taught at a Presbyterian college in Jamestown, ND and then served for more than a decade as the Head of Staff at First Presbyterian Church, Green Bay, WI. After his retirement in 2019, he held interim positions in Moscow, Russia; Monticello, IA; and Waterloo, IA. Randy and his wife Ann enjoy reading, biking, kayaking and travel. You can contact Rev. Lisa Freeman
Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Lisa joined the staff at Westminster in January 2023. Lisa was born and raised in Cedar Rapids. She is no stranger to office management. Lisa spent seven years as office administrator for her church in Florida. She is excited to apply her skills and experience to Westminster. When she isn't spending her time with God and the church she is spending time with her family. She has three children and four grandchildren that are her pride and joy. Emelly Nezi Padilha
Bookkeeper
Emelly joined the staff at Westminster in June 2026. Emelly was born in Brazil and came to the US in 2022 to play soccer and get her college degree. She studied first at Coffeyville Community College for 2 years in Kansas. After completion there she transferred to Mount Mercy University, where she graduated this past May, with a degree in Business Administration and Finance. Emelly is excited and looking forward to being part of the staff and to start her career here at Westminster Presbyterian Church. Emelly is sure God will do amazing things during her time working here. Emelly enjoys reading in her free time, spending time with friends and family, drinking coffee, baking, painting and running.

Shane Dochterman
Maintenance
Shane joined the staff at Westminster in September 2026. Driven by a lifelong curiousity for how things work has given him a passion for hands-on work and problem solving making Shane an integral part of the maintenance team. Born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, he moved out West after graduation to embrace a lifestyle closer to the mountains. Outside of work, Shane is a passionate outdoorsman who loves snowboarding and hiking. He cherishes every opportunity to explore the great outdoors alongside his son.
David Liljedahl
Music Director
David has a diverse musical past: HS band director, college percussion instructor, and pianist/keyboardist with many groups including The Ambassador Gospel quartet and Barnum & Bailey Circus. He is a Registered Piano Technician who enjoys playing Tuba with several local groups. David relies on his wife Debra as an intergral partner of the music team at Westminster.
